InstaPot Classic Mac n' Cheese

Well, you asked for it! I polled my followers on Instagram and you said “heck yes.” I would like to share my easy and yummy mac n’ cheese recipe. I use the instapot to make it. It is way easy and our kids love it. Let me know if you make it and how you liked it!

Recipe:

16 oz pasta (elbow, ziti, rigitoni, etc)

4.5 cups of water

2 tablespoons butter

1 cup of half and half creamer or milk

2 cups mozzarella or cheddar cheese

Directions:

  • Put the pasta, water and butter in the InstaPot. Make sure the water covers the pasta (some types of pasta may need a little more water)

  • Place the lid on and set it to high manual for 4 minutes.

  • Once complete, use the quick release setting.

  • Once ready, add in the cheese and creamer or milk. Stir and then serve when it thickens.
